The 10Telco Story

An indigenous business with a drive to deliver safe, quality workmanship and transparency.

We’re an Indigenous-owned telecommunication infrastructure company based in Newcastle, Mid North Coast and Dubbo, NSW. We were set up by our CEO and man from the other side of the tracks, Heath Smith, back in 2015. After spending years working for other telco companies, he continually found they were having to fix other people’s work.

To Deliver 100 % Quality

He then went out on his own and was brought in by some previous major clients because of his commitment to quality. From there, he began employing people he could train up to have the same work ethic and a desire to do and be better every day. Over the years, we’ve grown and now have the capacity to offer cradle-to-grave services for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients across New South Wales (NSW), including Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter, the Mid North Coast, the Orana region and as remote as Bourke.

ISO Accredited

We are striving to be the best.

We’re currently with SAI to gain ISO accreditation. This is part of our strategy to constantly improve. We expect this process to conclude in August 2022.
